bilstein 7100 on daily driver

Here's my thoughts on the 7100s bolted to a daily driver.
I put 45,000 miles on a set of them valved at 275/78. I thought they were great on the road although the rebound damping was a tad light(for my taste). These things' damping works well enough that you don't need anything like rubber or poly bushings to isolate them, use the heims. White shocks come with poly or rubber bushings to help hide the fact that their valving(if you can call it that) is a comprimise at best.
Although I haven't tried the comparable King or Fox alternative, I must say that the Bilstein 7100s are by far the best dampers I've ever tried on my rig.

Interesting fact, Bilstein is owned by a German company, but their motorsport division (read off road) is in San Diego.
