Beware they don't honer their sales agreement.

I ordered a wiper switch assembly for my XJ and it was defective. I contacted them as per their web site instructions. They initially sent me an email with a form to fill out and return. I tried to fax it (as per instructions) but the line has been busy. I emailed the form as a secondary option. Since then I have not heard from them.

I have sent many emails asking them to "PLEASE" contact me. They don't answer their phone and I have left several messages. No replies.

I've been understanding, polite and patient, but no more.

It appears I'm stuck with a defective product that is unusable.

Beware of any dealings with them.

I've heard similar things about them recently. They used to be alright but then they got bought out by another company and their customer service is non-existent now.

I've now initiated a chargeback through my bank that issued my credit card. They say they'll get the money back. Apparently Regulation Z of the Truth in Lending Act affords a consumer reversal rights on credit card transactions. You might want to check with your bank.
