Those bulge fenders are horrible they look less than tough and would not last too long rock crawling . The coil over placement in the rear I have seen this a few times this is the same location I ran my shocks through the floor into my interior hoops , but it seems narrow and not wide enough for this use...lol...Frenching the frame rail for clearance and running them wider seems the better choice ?

I walked around it once. His ad is fairly accurate, it's crusty and needs a lot of love. The interior is in decent shape, IIRC the rust was limited to the body panels.
