Was looking at Rusty's OTK??? Anybody else make something besides teraflex?
Don't want to have to use a 30 knuckle like tera's does incase I want to upgrade later.

do you really want high steer, crossover steering, over the knuckle or what? they are not the same thing. you can't high steer a factory d30 knuckle without major fabrication (welding on your own highsteer arms). if you just want crossover steering you can get an aftermarket d30 knuckle like teraflex that just lifts the draglink high and then runs a knucle to knuckle tierod.

if you want true highsteer you can go with something like the DEO conversion.

it lifts both the draglink and tierod, but it is not crossover since the draglink connects to the tierod (inverted T).

the DEO knuckle apopears to be a factory WJ d30 knuckle so you could also do your own WJ conversion and get high steer for a little cheaper.

they use WJ knuckles on a regular d30 to get crossover steering much like the teraflex setup. the tierod is also OTK.

for the cost of any of these conversions you could have a good start into a d44 front axle where you could get some flattop knuckles and have highsteer for a fraction of the price. i really need to do something to my d30 steering too, but i can't see wasting that much money on a d30. i'm just going to wait until i can make my own narrowed hp d44.

Sorry for a newbie question, but at what height should you start worrying about steering, is 6" ok for stock stuff?

6" should be fine. anything over and i would probably consider but it may not be totally necessary
