"This is the plan for this weekends ride. Since this is a benifit ride, we will be charging this time. $10 per vehicle to get in, it does not matter how many people, it's 10 bucks. Tow rig, trailer, and trail rig count as 1. This also gets you one ticket for raffle. Pay at the entrance.
We will be camping on Fri night.
There have been some changes as we have had so many people donate for the raffle. Tickets for the donated stuff (we'll post a list) will be $2 instead of $5. We will also have a 50/50 raffle. Winner get half the pot, the more who buy, they more you can win. There's also the 4-runner raffle, as far as I know, we will sell tickets Sat. for that as well-$5. There will be a table in the field where you can buy tickets for all three. We ordered 100 t-shirts and will sell them there as well-first come first serve.
We'll open up at 7 on Sat morning. Please try to pull as far to the right (past the end of the gravel) as you can to park.
Lunch will start around 12:30. We are cooking two pigs and should have enough BBQ, beans and slaw to feed around 200. $5 a plate, bring your own drinks. Look for the pig cookers, thats where the food will be.
The raffles will start after lunch around 2:00, and will be near the food. We have alot of good stuff to give away-THANKS everone who has donated.
Theres no closing time, we might camp Sat night as well.
PLEASE remember that this is private land. The owner is very generous to let us ride here, and lets the MUD DEVILS do pretty much what ever we want. In return we try to respect his property-and DEMAND that anyone visiting do the same. We're pretty laid back, but reserve the right to tell you to leave. There wil be alot of people there this weekend so no jackassing in the field, don't want anybody getting hurt.
Anyone under 18 must be with an adult.
We're even gettin 2 porta-pots this time.
So bring your spare parts-we'll see you sat.
And don't forget to packout what you packin............"

It was verry sweet good to see all of you guys again.... I enjoyed seeing all the differente suspensions and and different vehicals in one place. TY all for a great time. I crushed my tail pipe close, and created another 2 piece drive shaft

Karen & I had a great time! SEC had quite a good turnout with 13 +- Members, friends & guests.
We were doing pretty good on the raffle prizes too: I won a pair of almost new 32" x 11.5" x 17" TSL-SSRs, Karen won a pair of wrenching gloves a set of 4-link frame tabs (From WNC Customs IIRC) and a $25 gift cert (from Carolina Rock Shop.) Karen keeps reminding me I won 'something else' right after the downpour while I was getting a beer :dunno: at least it wasn't the Smith Oxy-Acety kit...I'd lose sleep over that. Big Thanks to all the vendors who donated the prizes...
The Mud Devils have a nice playground... and Big Woody's buggy is coming along pretty well...
