Yes, there is room either back in where most stay or right on the corner where some people park.

If you are for sure with the camper I am sure arrangements can be made to save either space!

I will definately be there with my pop up then. I will most likely have a few more XJ jeepers with me. What are the eating arrangments? Grills? Commune style eating like Rides of March? Or every man for himself? Either is fine with me.

I'll be bringing a table and a dual-burner stove for community use, but you're on your own for food as of right now. Maybe we'll dip into the coffers for burgers on Saturday, but no solid plans as of yet.

If we have a large enough turnout we may have a small raffle. Nothing fancy.

I'd like to see our bank account get enough money in it for us to start doing some good. national will match donations up to $500/ year for land use causes for each chapter.

That raffle we had at the Rides of march has been the supply of funds so far. It is up to us to raise the funds. Wether it be donations, raffles, bake sales...

National will sponsor an official event with raffle goodies, then take their cut out of the profits if we ask for those goodies. I'm still waiting on National to sort out their sponsorship program though. Cal just took over a few months ago and the national BOD is tied up ATM with Moab details. They are still developing a plan to divvy up the raffle goodies.

I am bringing the same grill I used at hot springs. And I have no problem being the cook again.

Yeah Ian, I am sure several of us will have room for you to ride along. Cool deal, well i will bring a bunch of stuff for us to have Burgers and Hot Dogs. Hopefully we will have a pretty good estimate on the number of people a few days before the event goes down.
