Finally came home from Iraq last week. My brigade's last soldiers flew in yesterday.
2nd BCT-10th MTN made the difference and took the fight to the insurgents.

Thanks to all who kept us in your thoughts.

Cool Plate! I have the option of wearing the 10th MTN, 1st Cav, or 3rd ID combat patch. With the new ACU's I can switch patches for what mood I am in :laugh3:

Thanks to all. The first thing I noticed upon stepping off the plane at Fort Drum was the clean air. The air smelled great and I didn't feel like I was going to spontaneously combust standing out in the sun.

I just drove back from SC picking up my XJ. Can't wait to wheel up here in Northern NY once I move into our new house and fix the overheating problem from the drive.
