Changing the oil in my 97 Sports 8.25 rear and Dana 30 hp front. Is it ok to use Valvoline Sae75W-90 Full Synthetic with friction modifier in them?

The friction modifier is used in lsd applications but can also be used in open diffs!

Yeah, you can also go with 80w 140 in the rear if you pull a trailer or other heavy work.
