I got a used tranny and while checking it out, when I pulled the conv. out and being full of fluid I shook it back and forth.
That's when I heard the clunking noise. Just wondering if thats normal, the clutches moving around or something.
Also the fluid that came out was pretty dark but didnt smell bad and no groove on the shaft of conv. so I hope thats a good sign.
