Aussie Locker coming for the 8.25

I wrote Aussie about it a week or so ago and here is their reply:

We are about 4 months out on the Chrysler 8.25 due to an error by the broach manufacturer that we just found out about. Thank you for your interest in the Aussie Locker.

Here's a reply I recieved today from Aussie Locker:

It was started in production in April when it was found that the axle gear
broach had a manufacturing flaw in it. We have had to order a new broach and
current forecasts from the broach manufacturer say 14 to 18 weeks for us to
get it, but in the past it has taken them weeks longer. Until we get the
broach we are dead in the water and we apologize.

and lockrite and aussie lockers are basically the exact same locker

Can't get a lockrite for the 29 spline. You have to do a No-Slip, which is a lot more expensive. I've been hearing "a couple of months away" for a year and a half. I like my front Aussie, but I can't wait another six months. It looks like they lost another sale to a No-Slip.

I run the lock right with the 27 spline and 33's Lock rights are the same thing as aussie lockers just a different name and slightly different design, i have one in the d30 to and love it, no problems yet, I also run alloy shafts

We are waiting for the new axle spline broach to arrive from the manufacturer and once we have that in Australia the full manufacturing will restart.

How long once the broach has arrived will the product be available? And how far from now will this be? I won't hold you to it.

The broach has been on order for months and they take their time about making them, so we dont have a schedule yet. Our best guess is that we will see the products in our USA stocks in about the end of March.

I don't know doesen't sound to promising if ya ask me!!!1
