Good time out there fellas. I was the late show with the Chilli Pepper Red XJ. Been a while since I have been with the group and did not recognize anyone, but fun none the less. Tried not to get the XJ muddy but got temporarily immobolized on the way out and threw mud every where so said what the heck and went for it in the slip and slid area. Good times and a squeeling U joint all the way home. Hope to get out more now that I remember why I love my XJ

Well, sounds like I will have some repair work to do when I get back into town... By the time I got to the airport this morning the Jeep was squealing like a stuck pig.
So wednesday morning I will be digging into it in the LAX airport parking lot.

You and I both. I'm thinking it's the linkage in my t-case thats bent. That's why it wouldn't stay/go into 4. But the binding noise, I still haven't figured out.

We were at periscope depth for most of the trip....
