Remember the old saying that "The three most important things in real estate are Location, Location, and Location"?

When posting an item or vehicle for sale or a request for an item or vehicle, PLEASE post where you are located, at least the state and preferably a city or a general indication of what part of the state you're in (especially if you are in a larger state).

Also please use the "report this post" or just PM me or one of the other Moderators once you sell your items. This will help us with 'housekeeping' and we can save you a lot of unneeded PMs after the sale.
