I have a neighbor that blew the 247 transfer case in his 99 WJ 4.0(no fluid and the chain was in pieces). The 4.7 v8s also came with the 247. Are they interchangeable between the I6 and v8 or are there different yokes and spline counts(going to the jy today and want to know my options)? I asked over at the nacga drivetrain section and no one is responding.
