April '09 JP Magazine

Billy is an the up and up.... apparently working for Jeep now! :gee:

Explains why he was too busy to do some work for me this month.

So why does that not look like an April Fool's??

JP is trying to replicate the amount of impact that Hot Rod Magazine's april fool's joke had last year when they said AMC was back. check it out:

Damn, Hot Rod went all out for that one. :yelclap: I would totally rock the Pacer or Gremlin. :shhh:

I was expecting a woody like Johnny was.
I guess we will have to wait a month or 2 to see the woody

Nah mines not good enough to grace the cover.

Also, I think its cool Geoff wasn't anywhere near his Jeep when that pic was taken.

It's extremely funny that he wasn't around, it drove all the way to Moab, it wheeled everyday without incident, and drove all the way back home. So what's the deal Geoff? :D

Johnny- yeah, and no, your butt isn't in it.

Damn I was trying to find that photo and link it but it's either well hidden or not up anymore. :(

here's another pic from that day .... must be the same time Pete made the other

Congrat's man  now you can make everyone envious over there. :D Yah same spot, you can see my face through the right rear door window, lol.

I got mine in the mail a couple days ago. I don't know if everyone's had a chance to see it but Kyung's (sp?), Brendan's, and Andy Steiner's rigs are inside the issue as well. Those are the only names I recognized from being on the SoCal forum but there may be others.

That's odd. Kyung didn't even go to Moab.

Maybe Kyung's Jeep went with Sequoia's Jeep.

I just found out a little while ago that I was in there. Curt called to tell me. I'm still looking for the magazine at the newstand.

Hey, it says I'm willing to try just about anything. ;)

Pete, you got the tire size wrong. 305/70/16.

I still have not received my subscription copy yet, but the damn carriage always gets stuck in the sand after it rains..

I was gonna say? Really? Must be that whole living in the desert thing.

I got mine a week or two ago. I think shortly after the thread was started.

Well you won't find any at Fry's. I bought all 6 they had. :)

Just be glad he didn't mention you rolled/totaled your last one. :D

I was thinking today that I would try Fry's. But I found two copies at a Barnes and Noble.

I need to get out soon to get mine and Rainer's copies. HOpefully the lack of many Jeepers in the South Bay will aid my quest!

ARE YOU GUYS BLIND!!!!

The worlds most awesome MJ and driven by the the one handed bandit himself (you had to see it to believe it) are on page 53.

Way to go Slowrider.

One handed bandit... :D

We were just talking about that around the campfire at Calico this past weekend.
