Anza Borrego Diablo Drop off

Took this trail this weekend to Fish Creek and was surprised to see the trail ahead after the "one way" drop off.

Doesn't look all that tough to most of you but I was in my stock xj.

I'll have to say I was kinda haired out and didn't think she could do it, but I had no choice.

Only bottomed out on my rearend once and pulled through with the right tire placement.

for a while, or "sometimes", those rocks are mostly buried in sand. i went through there solo about a year ago after having not been there for some time. i found it even worse than that. i managed to peel up the bottom of my stock diff cover and had to beat it back with a rock, and clean up my oil mess.
it was a lot of fun on 31's.

Those are some of the first trails I ever ran in my old mans Cj when I was a kid. Im itching to get down there some time soon.

Last winter I ran up that there was almost no sand in the canyon, made all those holes about twice as deep.

snag the ocotillo wells OHV map off the web and take the fish creek trail, when you see everyone turn around you know your there. .. Hell i think its on the map
