Anyone with welding experience, can you help me?

I got in an accident over the summer which has made a slight implode on one of the sides of the passenger side frame rail. I was thinking to get this implode out I would heat up the frame rail and pull it out (if it's possible). Anywho to further strength the frame I was gonna purchase JKS's Steering Brace System (http://www.jksmfg.com/sbs_system.htm) for both the passenger and driver side frame rails.

My question is: could anyone with some fabrication/welding experience help me install these and correct the implode in the frame rail? I can bring over a couple 6 packs of your favorite beer and some pizza for your troubles. I live in Cupertino. This weekend I'll be busy but next I have a 3 week break from school and could do it anytime in there. :repair:

Thanks for your time, I appreciate it.

PS - My digital camera was stolen over the summer and so I cannot easily take pictures of the f-ed up frame.

I might be up for the welding part, I am in San Jose near Campbel.
Have you read the write up on this one, I am not what they ask for in the installation instructions http://www.jksmfg.com/db/sbs_system/
---> "Welding should be done by qualified personnel."
But I can weld it on . . . you would need to do all the cutting and grinding, who else has done this, Jes I know you did, how long does it take to do?

As far as the frame just get a bigger hammer!

I am not a welder, but smart enough not to burn through the sheet metal and still get decent penetration on the brace. Most of my welds turned out OK, A couple real nice ones and a few on the inside were just plain :wierd: . Anyway, I feel the SBS is pretty straight forward and with all those rosette welds, even if half of them are good, that SB is going nowhere.

Mine looks pretty good with some grinder magic. ;)

Then when I finally move into my house, I get the other side done.

i might be too late, but i was wondering if you guys would mind some company???
i just want to see what this mod is about, how it works, if i want it, or what not.
i can weld a little if that helps...but i only do a little mig...better with TIG.
but really it just looks cool and i want a better reference of what/how these jeeps are put together before i start doing my own fab.... i live san mateo.

i go down to SJ every monday to work on some prototype minibike we're trying to lease to a monster company (and make some dough) i could bring it by...for a fun ride break and if it makes a difference i dont drink, but would be happy to chip in for some pizza? pm me if all is cool. it would be mice to put faces on these screen names.
