Anyone know if a '98 harness will plug in to a 00?

The dealer charges $100 to reflash the PCM to match the VIN. *If* I need to do that, I will.

That's awful steep for just setting the vin and mileage on a PCM.

100% plug n play i believe. Blocks are the same but different casting numbers.
