looking for a cheap pair of sliders for the rubicon that fit..just seeing if anyone has any here before i either buy some or run without em

also looking for the 231 shift plate. (green plastic lights piece that goes on the shifter telling what each 4x4 is at.)

well x-ay on the plaque. i got one from casey. and the plan is to do full rocker replacement with 2x6 steel but i was just looking for a small easy set for the con cause i can't do the replacement before i go

go to local steel supply. spend like 40$ on some 2x2 .120 wall, 5$ on some 3/4x3/4 square for the pinch seam mounts, and 15$ on some 1/2 .120 wall rectangular tubing for the 3 legs per side. and build them. call it done. be into it for 60$.

I spent about 80$ in steel from sims metal to build my set. Came out a little warped because I had like an hour to do the final welds on top of a crooked table.

10' of 2x6 3/16" tube and a sawzall, then find a welder, best way to stiffen up the unibody a whole lot and save a couple inches of ground clearance while youre at it

I had less than 20 hours of welding under my belt for those. You won't learn until you start!

Sam is in a tough spot right now as far as building sliders goes. With no welder, no grinder, no garage, and no time, that's not really an option at this point lol.
