Anybody good with photoshop?

I need a sticker designed for a charity trail run i'm organizing. If someone could design one I'd greatly appreciate it.

need it to say "Conquer Chiari" in a large font and then under it "join the battle" in a little smaller font. also need something with jeeps or off road in it. i thought like a jeep crawling on it like the rustys stickers.



any help would be greatly appreciated! proceeds from sticker sales and the trail ride will be going to www.conqerchiari.org a 501(c)(3) non-profit.

i have arnold-chiari and have undergone two surgeries to help with the symptoms. I am trying to get all this together to help raise awareness and fund research to find a cure.

I just bought photoshop CS4 extended.

However, I'm a total newbie at it.

Kinda like upgrading from a tricycle to a Corvette.
