I just realized you may have worked with stuff my mom sells. Ever work with shades sold by north solar screen?High end commercial and residential AV systems automation. I do installs and service calls, so everything from pulling cable to trying to figure out why some tv isn't working. Starting to delve into Crestron programming too. Basically, we build stuff for custom touch panels so you can press a button on the touch panel that says "watch tv" and all at once the tv powers up and chooses the correct input, home theatre turns on, lights turn low and shades to down.
Here's a pic of a touch panel programmed for a house

And the view from the house it was in

Cool story bro, if you don't like stuff that isn't about jeeps, get the hell outta off-topic. Stop crapping up the damn thread.I've been in IT for 30 years. If I want to talk IT, I go to an IT site. I come here to talk Jeep.
And yea dude, there are some insane houses I go to. Stupid amounts of money.
No MJs? Come now. :nono:If I had a house like that I'd probably still be too cheap to roll you out, I'd just build it myself.
I could see it now. Big beautiful house with an amazing view.
Wonderfully crafted furniture.
Massive garage with six or seven old $500 XJs in various stages of disrepair.
No MJs? Come now. :nono:
Shit, now we're talking about jeeps. Quick, back to IT!
For your Jeep issues, maybe. For *YOUR* issues.... not possible, overflow error.Maybe I'd have a help desk ticketing system for all of my isssues.
Wait. I don't think there are any powerful enough.

IT manager / BOFH here. I see that you have installed 10 toolbars on your web browser. You must be a really advanced user. No, I will not build a website for your sister's new MLM business.
*ANYTHING* from CA is a royal PITA.
We demo'ed that here a year ago. Took a cluster of sales geeks and a week to get it up and running. The system we went with was up in less than a day, and on about a tenth of the hardware.
I think you might have to speak with a Big Data solutions architect to leverage enough clouds to handle a jeep bug tracking/ticketing system.Maybe I'd have a help desk ticketing system for all of my isssues.

Hell with users, my main complaint is with printers.
