After a few questions I have sent still no response regarding a new member package that should have come to my house 4-5 months ago when I became a member?!? What is the exact benefit of membership again? Is there a possibility I may get a response? Unlikely.

You need to contact the Membership officer (PM Ghost) or ask in the Members forum. This forum is for issues dealing with the forums, not for Membership issues. Support does not have access to Membership details.
