Any local LEO/associated folks willing to give some insight?

So the state claim adjuster got ahold of me, letting me know it was all under review and they would be getting ahold of me after the review. been about a week now.

but here is the real issue. It destroyed the frame rail as well as even bending the 1/4" bracket!!! ridiculous! The rear bolt looks like that because it sheered and is pinched where it wallowed the hole it was through.

Thats why I think the rig will be totalled. Isnt HUGE damage, but "repairing" that to original standard will be $$$$ if doable and warrantyable by a shop.

They are issuing you a ticket to divide responsibility. In some states there is no-fault, others have partial responsibility, and others only assign responsibility to one party. Colorado is comparative responsibility at 50% which means if it is determined that you are 50/50 at fault, you will get nothing.

And there is it.

state says im over 50% responsible and are denying claim
