Yeah, I've been meaning to get mudflaps for a while. I've never been hassled, not even on base, but I still don't like the idea that if a rock gets thrown by my tires, it could take out a windshield or shoot right through some unsuspecting biker's visor or face. Even though there have been more than a few I almost wouldn't mind seeing smeared...

exactly. i had it explained to me once when i got pulled over. didnt get a ticket but it was nice to know that flares werent enough. which i did not know before that. and many people still dont know.
