ok, so I didnt think my fron end through very well, and am already thinking on revising it a little.

as the "diagram" shows, my current set up is robbing me of ground clearance something fierce, and i would like to change that.

my question is can i flip my arms over, assuming no clearance issues, if i cut the wedges, and re index them without any issues? or will running them like this destroy the "C" bushings?

If you have the weld on wedges I don't see that it would be a problem to cut them off, rotate the arms and weld them back on. I don't know what degree bushings you have but if you went to all that trouble you might want to set it up with a 0* bushing so you could easily change the caster as needed.

i do have welded wedges.

and the reason i dont want to do straight arms is simple, i dont want to make new arms as i am kinda poor. than and flipping them would offer more clearance than a straight arm.

running the arms upside down wont change any of my DS angles, or caster angles as i am going to be cutting the wedges and re welding them, and it works well as it sits... just the arms and hangers are like rock magnets from the planet krypton.

my only real concern in doing this (clearance issues aside) is wheter or not putting all the load on one end of the bushings will blow them out.

or if i would get any other weird side effects, like weird steering/instability.

do your coil spring pads bolt on top of the radius arms? might be a small issue there...

i can not even beleive i didnt think about htat one.... hmm well new coil buckets isnt that big of a deal.
in all honesty, i probably wont be doing that anyways. at most i will probably just move the frame end mounts up, and re locate the wedges a little.

my whole reason for even considering this all is because as my arms sit right now, the bushing have a slight pre load on them. because i had to pull the arms together a little to get them to go into the mounts.... so now the bushings are squirting out. its annoying
