the rear stuff hasn't been swapped over yet, we will do that last as it is just a bolt-on affair unless we decide to run a longer junk yard pack

I like it. I always liked everything about Toyota trucks except trying to get a 4cyl. to turn big tires on the highway. No problem on a trail only vehicle though.

Are you going 22R or 22RE?

it has a strong running 22r but will eventually hit the junk yards in search of IFS power steering box/pulleys, and possibly a newer tranny, and who knows what else. This thing is really growing on me, cheap and simple is fine by me. I hear you on the lack of power though, we'll be keeping our powertrain options open.

got it back on all fours, rear tires are mismatched until I can find time to mount the other two claws, decided to build a bumper for it out of some 1.5"x.120"DOM, and some 1.25"x.120"DOM:

the bumper will sit about 2" lower than it is mocked so the blinkers should be perfectly centered in the guards, still haven't spent anything as I had the tubing laying around and waiting on parts for the jeepspeed project so I had to burn/bend something:
