Got a phone call from my friend Justin who owns the 93 land cruiser you all may have seen in the pics I posted of us on the rubicon on the 4th of July. Well something broke on his truck while he was on the freeway coming home from tahoe 30min ago and it sent his truck rolling at 70mph. He's ok but the land cruiser not so much :/

wow, that was one of the sweetest landcruisers i'd seen in person too. What a travesty. At least he'll live to wheel another day. Pics?

Yea im definately glad hes ok. Last I heard from him he was in an ambulance on his way to a hospital in truckee. He wasnt sure if the cruiser was being towed back to his house or not. He said it was unrecognizable.... Not sure if he took any pics but as soon as i see the truck ill post em. He has had the worst luck. Has owned 3 toyotas. 1st 86 4runner (motor blew twice) 91 toyota pickup (motor blew) now 93 land cruiser (rolled)... no idea what hes gonna do....

So I was with Justin today he is fine just a couple scratches but he's very down in the dumps about his truck. He actually might end buying a Cherokee we will see. He thinks one of his lower control arm bolts backed out. Which sent him rolling 4 times into trees which he took out 5 of them and landed on his roof. If you see his truck you will wonder how anyone could have made it out alive. I should have pics up tomorrow of the carnage. His truck is in colfax at a yard. So ill be driving him up sometime soon to collect some stuff

Thats awesome that he's ok. Car accidents are terrible and one like this could have easily been fatal. Very lucky man. and time for a change.. Cherokee sounds perfect
