some places will recognize your training, but not your permit.

so you have to apply for an out of state one.
PA is one of those states for me.

I can get a permit, but they don't recognize Ohio's, because Ohio doesn't recognize theirs citing their lax training requirements.

I was more curious than anything, I'm federally protected by my job in all states, I believe it was HR-22 or something like that.

Right now there are two representatives in Ohio working towards removing the permit requirement.

How I'd love to be able to carry a firearm how and where I feel like it without worry, or paying fees and training, or being registered with the state.

Got my new red/green dot optic sighted in today. Giving my old one to a friends son who is shooting his first rimfire madness match tomorrow (he is shooting iron sights and then he will get my old red dot). Since I picked up more BX 25 mags, giving him my BX 25 x2 mag also. Hoping tomorrow isn't my last and first rimfire madness match of the year. I don't have much 22 left, but I want him to get a match in and I am sharing my ammo.
