honestly you'd get better flow and cooling though a 2 row. 3 rows can be too restrictive unless you have a massive fan setup.

I replaced mine with a 2-row about 6 years ago and it almost never gets above 210 (stock clutch fan and aux fan, stock water pump, stock tstat)

I had a CSF 3-row in my MJ.

Now granted I didn't have an auto (no trans cooler) and I had ripped out my A/C condenser, and on top of that only had a small power steering cooler, but my temps NEVER got above 210. Hell, I had a hard time getting it to 210 even with a stock 190* thermostat.

I used the stock mechanical fan/e-fan setup and a flowkooler waterpump. Worked very well.

I have that exact 3 row radiator with 4.0/ax15. With a/c in traffic with stock fans it will keep the temps down with ease. I ordered a 3 row before I learned about how a 3 row have smaller tubes or something like that but it has never shown signs of restricted flow so I just went with it. I am pretty sure in the winter months my engine runs right at the t-stat temp because the need only goes to the 10ish o clock position on my temp gauge which stinks but its better than overheating! :flame:

OK I don't know if its just my jeep but the champion radiator was way to wide so I had to move the whole thing forward found this out after I tried wheeling it and my fan clutch hit it :(

What had to be done to the radiator crossmember to move the radiator as far forward as possible.
