So I just got done (yea, took me a while) with an ABS Delete from my 1990 XJ Laredo. I took a bunch of pictures, but have not had time to organize or edit them.
The path I took to perform the ABS delete was the same as the booster/MC upgrade done by a number of people covered in this writeup:

If you don't want to remove any of the old ABS components, this writeup is sufficient.
The added tasks to removing ABS components:
Remove ABS Pump (located under the coolant bottle)
Remove Bendix ABS control module (located under rear seat, drivers side)
Remove ABS wiring Harness, runs under the drivers-side wall and then under the carpet.
Remove ABS wiring harness from engine compartment.
However, one thing I have yet to see mentioned in any of these articles... How to adjust the TCU Brake Switch. This is the white switch that sits above the normal brake light switch.
It can be seen here:
The white cylindrical thing that touches the brake pedal rod is what I am talking about. To adjust, sit in the drivers seat as normal, reach under the dashboard, find the switch, push the brake pedal. now push the switch in as far as you can, and release the brake pedal. You may need to wiggle it back and forth.
If you do not adjust this, your torque converter will not lock up, and you will notice you are driving around, at higher RPM's, you won't have as much power at speed. This is a critical step that has been left out of a lot of the write-ups on brake swaps.
