Checked into that spot through the link you provided. It looks pretty cool. A real natural kind of place. I will have to think about it. About 6hrs for me. Once you guys get a date set up I will have to check my schedule to see how close it is to other trips this summer.

All you had to do was ask.
The IGA wasn't refrigerated, and we did eventually find the liquor store. Its just I'm used to gas stations having walk in beer coolers the size of that liquor store. That is all.

Brew-Thru's are the best! But i dont think there are any up here. All the ones i've seen are down by the Outer Banks

In texas they have a palce called "daiquiri express" They give you booze in a foam cup, with tape on the lid "closed container" my ass. ANYWAY!! back on topic. I talked to a freind of mine he says he went there once before and it was a really nice place, and It wasnt loaded with people and broke down Chevy's. sooooo thats a plus

Well it looks like so far I have about 8 people saying yes and 4 people with a maybe, not counting some guys with Grand Cherokees here at school I'm talking to.
So it seems June is going to be the month, I have 3 dates that we should pick from and I can work from there, please post what date(s) work for you:
June 11-13
June 18-20 (Maybe)*
June 25-27
*If we can get 10 campsites rented, we can see if they will open the 18-20 which is the mid-point of the early and late June dates and we'd have the park to ourselves.
I know it is still pretty early for the planning of this, but this way, we can kinda lock it in our schedules and just have fun and enjoy ourselves!

If it's up by Wausau, will be interested in attending. Am up there a couple of times a year MTB'ing @ 9 mile woods. With enough notice, will drag the kid along. He's in LaCrosse and has a 4 door Wrangler.

At this time, any weekend works, but may be unavailable the weekend of the 20th. My son is a member of a local 4x4 club which has a 2 day event scheduled for the weekend of the 20th @ Rib Lake. The've run there before, and are a great group - was out with them last year. Might we try to meet up with them?
