95 cruise

Can someone direct me to a diagnostic guide for 95 cruise? I unplugged my clock spring to splice the horn wire, and now the cruise stopped working after I plugged it back in. The horn works from the steering wheel and the aux button I put in, and 2 of the cruise wires have 12v, so I'm at a loss. All the pins look fine.

Solved. A wire had come out of a butt connection at the brake switch.
