94 XJ totaled, may part out.. any interest?

My brother just wrecked his 94 XJ. I am thinking about buying it from the insurance company for the t-case and front axle (I have a TJ). I have to decide by Friday. I just want to see if there is any need for the motor/trans/rear axle or anything else. If you need any of these parts feel free to make an offer on something. If by fri there is some interest I will go ahead and buy it and it will all go up for sale. Oh yeah its in NW Minnesota.
