I have been told this is a common swap but what PSI should you run 19 or 24?

I search for this and couldnt find it

yep- it's not psi, it's pounds per hour they're rated at. With an adjustable fuel pressure regulator you could tweak the psi up or down as needed to make either set run well, but in near stock configuration you'd want 19's.

they work great in mine 19 psi ford truck injectors or mustang just replace the o-rings when you do ur swap and be sure not to bend the fuel rail or loose ur small metal clips theirs no need for the adjustable regulator unless u have a stroker or high horsepower engine

How much would this help? Like does it wake up an engine to where you can feel it?

No, but it's a MUCH cheaper way to get new fuel injectors than buying the stock ones, that's for sure (if you do it right anyhow).

Some do say they might increase efficiency a hair because of the way the fuel spray is, but I don't have any experience with this...

ok I'm doin a motor swap, Im putting in a 89 renix thats bored out .030 I'm planning on doing a mild cam and gasket matching and thats about it. Would this injector upgrade be worth the time and money?

What I do is buy the reconditioned ones off Ebay or some other site, or buy used ones for nothing and then send them off to a guy in the Midwest somewhere to rebuild and flow-match them. Can't remember his name off the top of my head but he'll come up in a Google search. Charges a fee per injector but you still come out way ahead of buying new...

I put some 5.0L injector in my MJ a while back...helped with MPG, throttle response and smoothed my idle..only paid $65 shipped for all 8 and obviously have 2 spares now! Well worth it for the RENIX-era jeeps...not much help for the HO series
