491 Off Road?

Has anyone been to 491 OffRoad in Demossville KY? anything good? ive seen some pictures but dont know anyone personally that has been there... Its only like half an hour from me just havent had the time to go down yet... Heard its about 300 acres and their looking to buy some surronding farms and plan to have it to 500 acres by summer?? Also have heard its not "officailly" open or they are having insurance problems??

Will do Hale, I heard also the owner is the only worker there so its only open when he is there so i may look into a new job


But ill try to get there in the next couple weeks, just need the spare time between school, work, and looking for a new heep havent had much free time..

its kinda sad that this place is only 15 bucks to get in for the day and a 20 minute drive and ive known of it for months and havent taken the time to give it a try

Man, that'd be sweet... 39 miles from my house, vs 101 to Hillz, and they're touch-n-go...

I did a quick google for 491 and didn't come up with much. Any more info would be great, if anyone knows anything...

new here, but thought i would chime in

i know the owner personally. it is only 155 acres, but pretty fun. lots of creek banks to climb, good hills, some rock sections, and a few mud holes to.

he is open weekends only right now, as he holds a full time job elsewhere, but during the summer he hopes to be open 7 days a week.

i had found those pictures on another site but i wasnt sure on the info because they didnt seem too sure.. Im thinking of getting ahold of the owner cause it turns out i know some guys who know him and offer up my services as an employee to help keep it open more or atleast give a helping hand

who do you know? most likely i know them as well lol.

i am not sure if he needs help right now, but i knoe this summer he wants to be open full time so he will probably need help then. i offered to volunteer as patrol if he needed me.

The park is open Tuesday through Sunday closed Mon & Tues
street legal vehicles can be used on any day
on Wed Thur you can use non street legal full size vehicles
no trailer parking
has some parking but limited
Ted Davidson is the owner (very nice guy)
$15 day per person
182 acres
mild terrain although some hills 55-60 degrees
some rock areas has creek

1.3 miles before you get to KY 17
on north side of 491

will be closer (to cincy) than Haspin
