42 RE tranny for a 94 grand cherokee

OK Fellas,
Bad news. Wife's 94 I-6 grand cherokee (still looks new) has nice metal shavings in the tranny so I am looking if anyone knows where or has a 42RE tranny for sale in either Fresno or Visallia or can ship (I cover the cost).

It was the tune of 1400 for the tranny and worth another 300 for install so I don't have to do it.

That's what I told her. I was pissed. Another grand and we could have had a good rig, under a 100000 miles, maybe 33s and leather. Oh well. She likes her WJ or what ever the hell it is called.
