2Dr XJ (or SB MJ?) - CA, NV, AZ, OR, or neighboring states

Looking for my own Jeep, somewhere out west, maybe within a state or two of CA.
MUST RUN!
I really want a 4.0L and an AW-4.
Must be a 4x4.
Must be a two door, preferably an XJ, but I'll consider an MJ shortbed.
Should be between 91-93, but I'll consider from 87-94.
Interior is not really an issue as long as it works.
Maybe there's something like that parked down on the corner a few blocks from your house. Maybe you drive past one on your way to work. Maybe you never got to start that project. Help me find my first Jeep!

Phil, you have the right idea! I posted a similar message a little over 3 years ago and this is what I came up with:

Whoozey, I was just thinking that someone on here would see one like that for cheap or even have one they wanted to dump. Also, what would be really cool and I would probably pay a bit for, would be if they could check it out before I go a couple hundred miles to get it and find that the transmission is nearly shot.

I am all over the Valley of the Blistering Sun every day in my sales job, so it is no problem to help out a fellow Jeeper. Not a lot of 2-doors out here, and an MJ is a rare sighting.

Right now, I'm still holding onto the two door idea pretty tightly. Maybe in a couple weeks, though, if you're getting desperate to dump it and I'm getting desperate to get out of my dad's truck. Good luck selling before you're at that point, though.
