2010 Event calendar

I've added a sticky for the new 2010 Calendar of Events for the SEC. Take a look if you haven't yet. I would encourage anyone who can, to try and make some events this year.

If you see an event on the list that you would like to head up, please PM one of the SEC BOD so we can get you going.

Remember this is an all volunteer deal. If you want something to happen in a town near you, plan it and make it happen.

Don't forget our two "BIG" events of the year, the Crawl and the Flog. These are a lot of fun and the turnout keeps getting better and bigger every year.

Any questions, please let Ghost, High2by, or PacificEd know.

I'm not sure what you mean? The actual calendar is posted in the sticky section at the top of the SEC forums. I added a link in the first post.

When do you expect to put some dates to these events? Not that I m likely to drive 742 miles to LBL but if I was to try and plan and attend one of these events, and I need to get to at least one this year, having some dates would really help.

Crawl will be July 4th weekend and the Flog will be middle to late November I believe.
 
Awesome, I'm glad to see the events spread out. What about a planned event in VA, perhaps Crozet?

I'm going to try hard to get to Mtn. City. It will be a good chance to combine wheeling, snowboarding, and seeing the alma mater/friends.

Trail riding mostly. I haven't been there in some time. I could be wrong.

Crozet isn't on the list but it would fall under one of the "local ride" months. It seems to be a popular place so hopefully somebody in the area can put together a ride there.
 
I'll be posting in the next day or two about when I'm going to Mountina City. the kids have somedays off in Feb and I am planing on one of those weekends.

sweet im planning on doing that and mallcrawlers is having their eastern grand slam in feb that im gonna try and go to
 
well i just did the math and apparently i wont be making the crawl this year due to the fact my wife will be 2 weeks from labor and i doubt she will want me leaving her in that condition with a 2.5 year old LOL

im hoping to make windrock, the flog, and atleast one other event... if not then those two and some local weekend rides :D ill have fuel injection so i best be using it :D
