2001 XJ interior lights and turn signal LEDs

Sounds similar to my issue...

Replaced all exterior lights with Auxito LEDs. Everything works great, except when I try to use two of them in one of the front turn signals/markers (3157). Put one in and it lights up, put the other one in and it they both immediately turn off. I can't remember if the side marker (194) also goes off, it's been awhile; rears are unaffected. Same thing happens for the opposite side, so I'm running 1 LED and 1 regular bulb in each, and they stay on. Tried flipping around for polarity and nothing. I saw a guy on youtube use the exact same bulbs and he didn't have the same issue.

The Zevo 3157s seem to be fine I just need to find a non polarity dependent 194 or W5W. And maybe the dash indicators, I won't know until I get the exterior lights working.

Follow up - Aero-Lites confirmed that their 194 were non polarized and I ordered theirs as they just looked like they had a better pattern than the Diode Dynamics ones (I know, may not be valid basing this off pics on the web and guessing as to what the optics are)

but anyway, I got them today and the amber exterior lights swapped to LED after a break in the middle for a thunderstorm... Everything works great with one exception. With the hazard flashers on, but the parking lights off, the rear brake/taillights flash dimly with the turn signals. That's the one weirdness. Everything else works great, and the dash indicators never glow. Not sure if I have a bad rear body ground, it's something weird with the trailer light adapter, or something else?

So here's what I have right now

Novita EP27 flasher
6x Sylvania Zevo 3157 Amber LED bulbs
2x Aero-Lites Amber 12V 194 bulbs (10-30V version would have been preferable but that combo is not offered)

and it's working! Everything is perfect in normal driving, it's only when I have the hazards on that I notice any artifacts, as mentioned above.

Brake/tail and backup light bulbs are also Zevo 3157s, CHMSL is a Diode Dynamics 921 "XPR", headlights are some old Truck-Lites that I've had for years, and fog lights are Diode Dynamics SS3 Max amber. So now everything exterior is LED and working well

I will take the spare out someday when I have time and it's nice out and see if I can get rid of the weirdness with the hazards. I still need to find dome light bulbs and I keep forgetting to get a LED for the underhood light.

I do need a recommend for a good replacement passenger side front parking/turn signal housing still.

Just realized today that I still had the license plate light. That's OK, I have some warm white 194s that I mistakenly bought for the dome lights not realizing OHC was different.

Guess what I can't find now. I can find all the other bulbs, they're all in one box, save for the box of 194s that I ordered from Aero-Lites...
