2 JL Audio 10" Subwoofers/Box

yeah i have like 6 12" bad ass ones but was thinking 10's would be cool if package...to slide it by wife

10" just has more of a hard core and punk pop to em then the 12" but if push comes to shove ill just use my 12s. just scared ill rattle the jeep apart with 12's cause i have enough fire power to put all 6 in it and probably will if i decide to do it and piss off all at any camp site

The only reason I haven't snagged them is because I need speakers for my '68, which is 18 feet long. Not sure 10s would do the trick there... haha.

Kevin's single ten was sounding GOOD in his Jeep, but a Jeep is like a Bug haha. They are little speaker boxes. I wonder if those JLs would sound decent in the trunk of my land yacht.

Derek they are JLs, they will boom in anything. The advantage of your huge trunk is it will turn into a big echo chamber... they'll sound like 12s in there from inside the car. 10s dont carry sound as far as 12s so you wont get mega boom outside the car, but from inside they'll sound bitchen and have decent punch to em too.

I was thinking the same, man. I'm not 19 anymore, and have NO desire to have the car heard three blocks away. I want a good bass drum thump INside the vehicle, and JLs are really damn good speakers. I think I dun good here.
