1st Quarter BOD Meeting

Next weekend the new BOD will be having its first quarterly meeting. One of our biggest agenda items is to get CO Fest 2010 squared away, but we'll be discussing other subjects like a veteran's run, trail cleanup, etc. The purpose of this thread is to solicit input from everyone and see if there are any things we need to cover in our meeting that we may not already be planning on. If you have anything that you'd like to be sure we cover, please post up and let us know! We welcome any ideas, suggestions, issues or wise guy remarks you've got.

Speaking from experience ,a few words of advice:
If COFest is going to utilize a private campground you need to make reservations ASAP or you could run into problems securing a place that caters to/accomodates groups.These places fill up pretty quick.

Also, stickers and maybe shirts/hats. thought i read there was an issue with these.

nope, chocolate w/ white chocolate chips, chunks of fudge, and macadamia nuts is the best cookie ever. Add a bit of chocolate syrup and some chocolate milk and you've got pur deliciousness.

Think you have a good grasp of what needs talked about. since the next two months are still pretty cold it will give you all time to figure what needs talked about on your next one
