i was under the jeep checking things out and one of the x-member bolts appeared to have come loose. but i can't tighten it; it just spins.

this can't be good. :tears:

yeah same thing happened to me. I just drilled and re-tapped two of the holes, there is just enough metal there.

Count me in but im takeing my JK the XJ is no where close to ready to hit trails at the moment. more than likely both days and on green till I get more comfortable with it . I'm a noob at wheeling and not quite sure what i can handle might try some blue later on in the day or sunday. I think my JK should be able to handel blue or black as is but again first time there first time with a club and im a noob so....

I'll figure out what Im doing as far as overnight arangment later in the week need to see if the woman is comeing or not.
Cabin sounds nice though

Nice jeep, you would be really bored trying to ride green trails with that. I would just ride along with everyone running blues.

i shipped my rear ds off to TW a few days ago for a double-cardan rebuild. it should be back in time for this ride

still need this back before i'm back to a definite in. it's costing me an extra $44 for expedited shipping. but you do what ya need to do to make the trip, right?
