I would say if the engine is in good shape with no leaks, synthetic should be fine. A lot of people on here like to run sell oil, but for high mileage I like castol gtx.
Well no need to be rude. They work really well for me and thats that. Not saying any of the other plugs are bad. These are just the ones I chose. Theres no harm in trying.
Like I said there really good from what ive seen. Also on other plugs Ive had the eletrodes wear out relitivaly fast. But with the ground design on these I think it really works. The electrode is still nice and square, not rounded after four mounths of solid driving. Not really to sure about...
