First, I´d get a set of LED headlights for everyday use. Truck-Lite is absolutely OK for what they cost, J.W.Speaker 8900 Evo are the best you can get but more expensive. Then, when it comes to LED bars I´d mount them under the roof rack. That´s how mine looks:

Any news on this topic? How about a 3rd brake light for the 97-01 ? Right now I´m running a LED bulb but wouldn´t mind a "real" LED lamp.

Not my cup of tea, but to each it´s own. Cudos for doing "your own thing".

Guys, I Need to replace the alternator on my 00 XJ. The vehicle has two 70Ah AGM batteries and some auxiliary lights, a winch, a fridge etc. That's why I would like to upgrade to a stronger alternator. Since there are practically no US vehicles on our junkyards I need to buy a new alternator. I...

I´d get a set of LED headlights and driving lights first... the headlights from J.W.Speaker (modell 8900, running them myself and love them) and the additional driving lights from Vision-X (how about two small LED bars instead of the round driving lights?)

Don´t know if it´s of any interest - a guy over here is selling that one... if needed, we can arrange something...

I wasn´t able to find that on their homepage so I´m asking here: I´m looking to upgrade my Dana 30 (it´s a HP from a TJ since my ´00 came with a LP) and I had the idea to use the RCV axles, an 30spline ARB locker, 30spline bearing units and therefore inner and outer 30spline RCV axles...

Since you were talking about forced induction on a 2.5 some time ago - have a look at http://www.ks-tuning.de/www/RedTJ/index.html This german company was selling a supercharger for the 2.5 and their own "Red Baron" (pictured in the link) won a lot of the major offroad competitions in Europe...
