With the winch too?

No. Was that specific to the kit? The one in your pics is just a Ramsey 8000. The installation booklet in the kit doesn't specify any winch as I recall.

Yes and no. The kit originally used a REP5000-XJ, though I have never actually seen one. It was later replaced by a standard REP6000. Some people have done some grinding to fit the 8000, such as above, but the kit was never designed for anything larger than a Ramsey 6k.

this is some sweet-ass XJ nerdiness... :D

Safe to say the thief needed parts for an MJ and knew what to take....... bastard.

Unfortunately, his $600 asking price is what it was worth BEFORE the theft.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say it needs a little exhaust work too...

It's so you can have one foot on the clutch and one on the brake while wheeling.

^^ had one on my 99. loved it. Simple as a bike cable thumb shifter.

Thanks! That would take some getting used to.

Yes it did. Between that and the manual transmission, it was a handful.

I still remember Troy yelling at me to slow down while coming up Hell's Gate. Working the thumb throttle, clutch and brake, while not crapping my pants.

Meh, Matt craps his pants all the time. Too much JZ.
