I think it is actually a factory winch option... DJ has all the dirt on it. Rare piece that moves the bumper forward a few inches, that is why it caught my eye.

That's more like a Detours Backbone, just without the shackle mounts.

That winch mount looks a little home-brew to me. And that 12K winch is stoopid overkill.
I have one of those uber-rare Jeep behind the bumper winch mount kits new in the box....... unfortunately it's missing the rectangular frame the winch bolts to, but looks like it'd be easy to fab up with some 2 x 2 x 1/4" angle and strap.
