Twice.

First order was some shock mounts. Took 3 month to receive them eventhough they claimed they wrer on the shelf in stock. Blamed it on a employee that they fired. Second was a diff cover that also was in stock the guy told me. Two weeks later i called said they were going to get shipped that day, never happened. Asked for refund 4 weeks later and to process that took numerous phone calls and almost 2 full months.

Do your homework. They screw people left and right. Even screwed advanced adapters out of a atlas. STAY AWAY.

the powers of naxja should protect the user base and kick them to the curb.
 
Seriously, I would expect to hear the keyboard pirates running their mouth over on Pirate4x4.com but over hear its sad to see. I think the morons should wander back over to the pirate hate threads, Short bus stops here; next stop pirate4x4.

theyve screwed everyone at least once.... your time will come, mine did... i only give my money to vendors who treat me right and fix their own screw ups

if you think warning people of BF is non-sense, GO AWAY.

BF customer service and management is horrible and have taken advantage of many people. they shouldn't be here on NAXJA with their history of screwing people.
 
With the exception of a small handful of people ANYONE who has come to me directly has gotten top quality service and resolution IF we did something wrong.

I can't help those who don't tell me or hide behind forum user names.

If there is an issue, past or present I encourage you to bring it to my attention immediately by phone email or private message.

Well I was screwed by you personally Dave over at Pirate in which you said you would handle my refund from April personally and yet here I sit without my money.
 
I think the point has been made. Even I have had product shipped from BF that I didn't feel was up to the best quality standards, but I was able to fix the problem.
Opinions about companies are allowed (encouraged, welcomed) here, both good and bad. But....we will not allow unending bashing by a single user.
We will also not allow unending bashing of the users and members here that present opinions about our vendors.

Truthfully...I don't know where that offer was 6 months ago. It is certainly on the table now.
