Sorry if this is not very informative but I'm at work ad gf is stranded. She said that she drove to store just fine came back out and won't start. Dome light comes on and that's all no turn over head lights or anything else. I replaced the battery about 4 months ago. HELP !!

im still deciding if im guna try and do this rebuild myself. a few guys say its not that hard. if im only going to replace the pinion and carrier bearings will i have to reset the back lach? or will this be a simple bolt on procedure?

From what I have found here it sounds like it is the carrier and pinion bearings. I took off the cover and all the gears look fine and I didn't find anything in the old gear oil.

I replaced the wheel bearings already. Now they say it is the pinion bearing. But they told me that it is pressed in and that I can't do it myself.

Anyone know were I can get a rebuilt rear axle? Took it to a dealer and they said the diff bearings are bad and they want $1000 to rebuild it.

How can u tell which my jeep has. I need to replace the wheel bearings.

Hi guys I tore up a few teeth on my rear diff. So I'm going to have a locker installed when I have it rebuilt. I have a 2001 with 4.5 lift and 33's. It's all stock now. What do I need? I want to get the speedo corrected also. Thanks for any info.

My rear did the same thing. Replaced the switch and now its fine.

Would you want to sell them? What size width r they?

Has anyone used on of these? Found it on eBay and was guna use it as a make shift cruise control.

It was a bad cell in the battery. So the battery would read good unfilled under load.

Stopped at local jeep dealer to get a new rear super switch came out and jeep won't start. Nothing no lights or anything. Help! Battery is good that's all I know. Turn key no dash light no door ding nothing.

Would you want to just sell the 33's. Price and pics please.
