So I bought this as a "just in case" bumper for Winterfest but I wound up getting a JCR bumper instead. It was made by a guy in Lake Geneva from which I bought it. It has been cut and bent to give it a slight rearward bend as well as a slight angle up on the left and right side. It mounts using factory bumper brackets that have been welded on. Its pretty beefy for how minimal it appears, probably weights 35-40lbs. Sorry I don't have a better on the Jeep shot, Ill get one tomorrow in the daylight. I paid $100 for it a few weeks ago, someone please give me something for it.
