Important

He has the pages of the electrical service manuals that show where the connections are. They are in a Facebook chat with me. He would need the one for the crossbody harness and one that runs back on the drivers side.

Thanks for reminding me that I have those in our message chat. The others will be helpful too.

I think that's what Rob has been running on his Smittybilt for a couple years now. Cheap but works. I think he later found it like 40% and carries a spare now lol

I'm running the smittybilt rope on my winch, I have some of that eBay rope laying around because it was so cheap and I wanted to check it out. Haven't used it yet though.

Moab prep? No I just wanted to cover the dented quarters LOL:

What you wanna bet that I break those brand new tail lights on the first outing?

Same here. If they offered light boxes I would be on board. Eventually I will get JCR or ARES quarters with light boxes, I always seem to tag the p/s taillight at Redbird.

Back when I was cool, I built my own tail light boxes. They were grossly overbuilt n weighed as much as a boat anchor. They were similar to the Farmer Matt ones. Yeah, being cool long ago was kinda cool.

Had to look those up. A NAXJA thread from 04 came up, I think I was in third grade around that time....

Hahahaha i wondered who remembered farmer matt boxes

Ahhh, the early 2000's, that was my hay day, I was cut down in my prime.

Now I have a shop full of fab tools that collect dust. I guess I did sell my bender to Jessie though.

Man, I am all out of the fab biz now a days, I just weld when something is broke around the farm. I have lost my spark on making Jeep stuff over the years. This vintage MX racing bug has me ate up, so my shop is full of vintage MX bikes and stand up jet skis. My mantra now a days is "mixing gas and hauling ass!".......well, at least until I get hurt again :D

Thats pretty cool...and pricey

I made a plate and had a vice that i mounted on the back of my xj back when you were in grade school.

mac ‘only ever used it once’ gyvr

Lol, we have had the same thing made for the farm/service truck for 20 years! Simple n effective.
