Has digital receiver, antenna, all wires/cables out from box to sat. ready radio or GM conversion box that I also have. The GM conversion box puts the wires directly in line with the radio and factory harness without having to cut any wires. Came out of a 2008 Grand Prix, will fit many other GM models as well. The entire kit online is around $180.
